The firm represents the owners and tenants of large swathes of both rural and urban Scotland. All aspects of land-based disputes, including agricultural disputes, are familiar to the property litigation group led by John Stirling.

John's group works with our Business Property group and other Property teams to reinforce advice on dispute and arbitration clauses in commercial contracts.
